Busy real estate investing company
in Locust Grove, VA, is looking for a person to wear multiple hats as their
bookkeeper/administrative assistant. Dog friendly a must, we have office
dogs. 24 hours per week.
The essential job duties will
include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
- Bank & Credit Card reconciliations
- Creating reports for Management
- Tracking Spreadsheets
· Filing and other Administrative
Tasks
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficient with QuickBooks
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel
- High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Must be able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong time management skills
- Effectively communicate with vendors and customers verbally and in writing
- Thrives in a collaborative, team player office environment
- Dependability is a must
- Must be able to take direction
