Sadly, this house did not sell for the amount it was supposed to sell for. A neighbor with a similar house had a contract on his for $240,000, which was our list price too. That contract fell through, and the neighbor panicked and accepted the next offer, which was only $210,000. Clearly, this was going to affect our ARV, so we had to settle for less.
