Founding Family

B&K Property Investors, LLC was founded by Barbara and Ken Tomayko in 2009. Virginia natives living near historic Fredericksburg, VA, Barbara and Ken are known throughout their local community and surrounding counties as successful and ethical business people. As the business has grown, they have invited other family members to participate in their exciting venture. Between all the team members, we have many years of relevant experience, including over 60 years of legal work and accounting for both profit and non-profit organizations, 17 years of contracting, 17 years of property management and over 8 years of real estate investing. We also have a total of over 70 years in customer service, including professional sales here and in the UK, marketing and management positions and owning small businesses. 
  In addition to this close-knit family group, we have an attorney, a CPA, local bankers, over $2.5 million investment capital available through private investors, a team of licensed contractors and multiple realtors, including several nationally renowned real estate experts.
